Custom Payload Development

Aeryon Labs works with various military, public safety, commercial, and educational organizations to develop custom payloads for the Aeryon Scout small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS). These payloads can be developed under contract to precise customer specifications.

Examples of previously developed payloads include the GoPro HD HERO2, and custom air sensing payloads including Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Methane (CH4) detectors.

A standardized payload interface allows for the rapid integration of custom payloads for applications in any field. Payloads can weigh up to 400 grams with approximate dimensions of 10x10x10 centimeters. Integration services include structural design, manufacturing, hardware and software integration, and testing.
